The main defects that will be carried out in this role are as follows:

1. Actuar as the main strategic link between the clients and the migratory agents, providing constant updates of the cases and guaranteeing that all hits and procedural actions are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

2. Structuring solid legal arguments and preparing the necessary proof of architecture, ensuring that each expedient complies strictly with the evidentiary standards required by Australian migration legislation.

3. Elaborate with technical precision visa requests, appeals and legal writings for processes before the Department of Migración and Tribunal (Administrative Review Tribunal).

3. Carry out exhaustive and comprehensive legal investigations on the law of migration, statutes, regulations and precedents of jurisprudence, analysis of its technical applicability in the resolution of concrete cases.

4. Maintain the vanguard of constant changes in Australian migration standards, ensuring that the legal practice of the agency is always aligned with the latest legislative updates.

5. Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence to automate internal workflows, improve operational efficiency and increase the quality of the customer's final experience."
