Paralegal / Legal Writer Specialized in USCIS Petitions (Full-Time)\nType: Full-time\nLocation: Remote Barranquilla Only\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Paralegal with excellent writing skills in English and Spanish to support the preparation of highly complex immigration petitions before USCIS, including EB1A, NIW and O1.\nThe role focuses on preparing letters of support for attorneys (3050 pages), evidence summaries, merit sections and responses to RFEs/NOIDs.\nYour work will optimize the legal team's time and contribute to the growth of the area.\nResponsibilities\nWrite and edit letters of support, merit sections and evidence narratives.\nOrganize, analyze and cite supporting documentation.\nPrepare responses to USCIS RFEs and NOIDs.\nApply consistent evidentiary criteria depending on the type of benefit immigration.\nManage schedules, priorities and feedback from the legal team.\nCommunicate with clients in both English and Spanish.\nRequirements\nExcellent writing skills in English B2+ C1.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in similar roles:\nParalegal\nLegal Analyst\nDesirable (Not exclusive)\nPrevious experience in immigration or legal writing.\nHave worked in law firms or environments legal.\nWe offer\n100% remote work.\nDevelopment opportunity within the immigration legal area.\nCollaboration with a professional and multicultural team",
