If you know how to move a case forward and manage deadlines effectively, we want to hear from you.\nResponsibilities:\nDraft and review family law documents, including petitions for dissolution of marriage, child custody agreements, motions, and financial affidavits.\nAssist with the discovery process, including Mandatory Disclosure and financial document organization.\nCommunicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case status updates with empathy and professionalism.\nManage court calendars, schedule hearings, and ensure all filing deadlines are met.\nPrepare hearing binders and trial exhibits.\nFile documents through the courts e-filing portal (experience with Florida E-Filing Portal is a distinct advantage).\nSkills:\nFamily Law in Florida is a must!\nExperience: 2-3 years of proven experience as a Paralegal, specifically dealing with Family Law matters in Florida\nEducation: While a degree or certificate is welcome, we prioritize practical field experience and the ability to perform the work autonomously.\nLocation Specifics: Knowledge of the Florida legal system and local court procedures is considered a major plus.\nLanguage: Professional proficiency in English (C1) with strong legal drafting skills.\nTech Stack: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF editing tools, and case management software.",
