Job Description

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as an immigration paralegal (EOIR and USCIS)
• Spanish and English 100% fluent, written and spoken
• Experience with ECAS, USCIS forms and fees
• Knowledge of MyCase (desirable), Word, Adobe Acrobat and Google Workspace
• Private home office and high-speed internet

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present paperwork before EOIR (Immigration Court) via ECAS and before USCIS
• Deportation defense cases, family petitions, employment visas and J-1 waivers
• Follow up on hearings, deadlines, RFEs and consular processing (NVC)
• Serve and prepare clients in Spanish and English",
