We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong case management skills, and effectively handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and organize case files throughout the litigation process.\nCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.\nDraft, format, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses.\nAssist attorneys with litigation matters, including trial preparation and exhibit organization.\nCoordinate case-related deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.\nProvide administrative and legal support as needed.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation.\nCollaborate effectively with attorneys and team members to support case progression.\nQualifications\nMinimum 1+ year of Paralegal experience, preferably in Personal Injury Law.\nExperience with California Personal Injury cases is a strong plus.\nFamiliarity with Clio or other legal case management software is preferred.\nAbility to navigate filing procedures across multiple jurisdictions.\nStrong understanding of litigation processes and legal documentation.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.\nLanguage Requirements\nFluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.",
