At ComunidadFeliz we are defining the next wave of automation and analytics to improve the management of residential communities.
We are looking for a student or professional focused on process automation, with knowledge in data flow design, implementing AI solutions.
We want you to collaborate initially for 3 months with us.
The remuneration for this internship will be $300 USD.

What challenges will you face?
Design and build data pipelines from multiple sources to feed dashboards and AI models.
Automate workflows and development processes, reducing delivery times and operational errors.
Implement and maintain key metrics (KPI) and DORA metrics to measure speed, stability and reliability of the platforms.
Work with product, operations and technology teams to define requirements, prioritize backlog and ensure quality implementation.
Participate in solution architecture, evaluating data, automation and orchestration tools.
Ensure data governance, security and compliance, as well as clear documentation of processes and results.
Provide impact analysis, generate executive reports and visualize results for different stakeholders.
Contribute to the professional development of the team, promoting good code, testing and automation practices.

What do you need to apply?
We are looking for a student or professional who recently graduated from careers related to the profile.
Use of programming languages such as Python/Java/Ruby
Experience in automating development processes and/or data flows.
Experience with orchestration tools and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of medium-advanced SQL.

Experience with DORA metrics and DevOps/DataOps practices.
Knowledge of BI and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for executive dashboards.
Communication, organization and ability to prioritize skills in a dynamic environment.
