This role is responsible for assisting with the onboarding process of patients by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, and coordinating communication between the business development team and patients. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, organized, and comfortable managing frequent follow-ups and communication through Microsoft Teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain patient onboarding data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nPerform accurate data entry and regularly update patient records.\nCommunicate consistently with the business development team and patients to support the onboarding process.\nConduct regular follow-ups with patients to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.\nCoordinate through Microsoft Teams for updates, discussions, and collaboration with internal teams.\nTrack onboarding progress and ensure all required information is properly documented.\nMaintain a high level of precision and attention to detail in all tasks.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, organization, and accuracy)\nEnglish B2/C1 (written and spoken).\nExcellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and follow-up skills.\nExperience using Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.\nComfortable working in a role that requires frequent coordination with both internal teams and patients.",
