Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic salesperson, results-oriented and focused on closing, with experience in retail sales, for the commercialization of electronic invoicing solutions in El Salvador.

You will be responsible for promoting the adoption of digital systems that allow businesses to comply with current tax regulations, optimizing their billing processes, through an agile, direct and conversion-oriented sales process.

The ideal candidate must have solid commercial skills, ease of explaining technological solutions in a simple way, high follow-up capacity and focus on meeting weekly goals.

Purpose of the position:
Achieve the acquisition of new clients through direct contact, WhatsApp follow-up and specific visits, ensuring a constant volume of closings.

Responsibilities:
•\ Identify and prospect potential clients in the retail sector (stores, businesses, pharmacies, hardware stores, medical clinics, restaurants, etc.).
•\ Contact assigned leads daily through WhatsApp, calls or visits.
•\ Present and demonstrate the electronic invoicing solution in a clear, practical and closure-oriented manner.
•\ Advise clients on the legal requirements and benefits of implementing electronic billing.
•\ Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, monitoring and closing in the shortest time possible.
•\ Execute continuous monitoring until the client is closed.
•\ Provide initial support to the client during the activation process.
•\ Meet weekly and monthly business goals.
•\ Maintain updated records of prospects and clients in the assigned tools.

Requirements:
•\ Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales or high volume sales.
•\ Proven experience in closing sales.
•\ Knowledge or interest in learning about electronic billing in El Salvador.
•\ Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
•\ Total orientation to achieving goals.
•\ Basic use of digital tools (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, basic CRM).
•\ Availability for field work and direct contact with clients.
