Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement performance testing strategies and plans
Develop, maintain, and execute performance test scripts
Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing
Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks
Work closely with development and project teams to improve system performance
Prepare and present detailed performance reports and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing
Experience working with SAP systems
Hands-on experience with NeoLoad (preferred) or LoadRunner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills",
