Job Description

PREFERREDLY COMMERCIAL EXPERT AND PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

Location: Santa Rosa de Copan, Honduras

We are looking for a Commercial Expert and Public Accountant with at least five years of experience in accounting and administrative processes, responsible, organized and with the ability to work autonomously and oriented to results.

Requirements:

- Preferably a degree in Commercial Expert and Public Accountant or, failing that, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Live in Santa Rosa de Copán
- Experience in accounting records, bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
- Use of Excel, Word and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of tax and labor obligations.
- Own laptop in optimal conditions.
- Stable internet connection for meetings and remote coordination.
- Ability to work with discipline, responsibility and compliance with objectives.

Main functions:

- Registration and control of accounting operations.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of financial reports.
- Support in tax and administrative processes.
- Document management and archive.
- Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Support in accounting closings and preparation of financial information.

Work modality:

- Remote work.
- Hourly hiring.
- Flexibility to organize work with a focus on results and compliance with responsibilities.
- Scheduled in-person meetings will be held when necessary, so it is essential to reside in Santa Rosa de Copán.
