Whether you’re already in an SDR, BDR, Sales Rep or recruitment role, or even looking for a career switch from another field, this is your chance to make a real impact in a rapidly growing team.
The role will start as a
3-month full-time contract role
, with potential to become permanent dependent on performance.
This role requires working predominantly in
U.S. business hours (Eastern to Pacific Time)
. Candidates based in time zones between GMT-3 and GMT+3 are strongly preferred to ensure overlap with U.S. companies.

Leading the conversation in virtual meetings to present our interns and highlight the value of our internship programs.
Building lasting partnerships by advising companies on intern selection and supporting them throughout the process.

Your Attributes
We’re looking for a powerful mix of
The Self-Starter
,
The Persuader
, and
The Global Citizen
— rolled into one Placement Matching Specialist. Here’s how you’ll know you’re the right fit:
You own the outcome:
You don’t wait to be told what to do — you take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and find a way to get results. You’re outcome-obsessed and don’t shift blame.
You level up fast:
You seek feedback, ask smart questions, and are eager to improve. You don’t need to have all the answers on Day 1 — but you make sure you’re sharper by Day 10.
You close the loop:
You follow through with precision, push through setbacks, and go beyond the ask. You don’t just complete tasks — you finish strong and make an impact.
You stay cool under pressure:
Deadlines, shifting priorities, and high volumes don’t rattle you. You prioritize, adapt, and get it done without dropping the ball.
You thrive in a global, remote team:
You’re comfortable with tech, culturally aware, and communicative — even across time zones. You know how to stay productive and connected without being micromanaged.
Your Experience
We know that great talent comes from all backgrounds. Ideally, you have:
Fluency in English (you don’t need to have an IELTS, but if you did, it would be 7.0+).
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or similar roles where persuasion is key.
Experience working remotely or with global teams.
A passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
A history of working in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals.
Cultural awareness and adaptability, especially if you’ve studied, lived, or worked abroad.
Proven ability to hustle, meet targets, and deliver results under pressure.
We’re also
keen to hear from career switchers
with
strong written persuasion skills
. Whether you’ve honed these in
teaching
,
customer service
, or another fast-paced role, if you:
Have a knack for crafting compelling messages
Can influence others through your writing
Are ready to bring your drive and adaptability into a new challenge
