A regulated industry company is looking for a Senior Production Planner to ensure correct planning, programming and operational control of production, guaranteeing inventory availability, delivery compliance, operational efficiency and precise execution within the ERP/MRP system.\nTraining:\nProfessional in Industrial Engineering, Production, Administration or related areas.\nEnglish B2 or higher (written and verbal communication).\nExperience:\nBetween 4 and 6 years of proven experience in planning, scheduling and operational control of production.\nMandatory experience in regulated industry: pharmaceutical (ideal), food, cosmetics or certifiable natural products.\nDirect experience executing complete MRP/ERP processes, including: creation, release and closing of orders, materials planning, adjustments for availability, handling of deviations.\nExperience managing plant capacity, bottlenecks and scheduling changes in real time.\nHistory stable job and solid track record (professional maturity sought).\nAdvanced command of Excel.\nExperience working in remote and collaborative environments.\nMain Functions:\nPrepare, update and adjust the master production plan according to sales, inventories, materials and installed capacity.\nExecute and control the daily and weekly schedule, ensuring compliance and making operational adjustments when necessary.\nManage and execute the MRP: creation, release and closing of orders; availability check; adjustments for variations; update data.\nCoordinate with purchasing, logistics, manufacturing and quality to guarantee continuous flow of materials and production.\nMonitor operational KPIs (compliance, productivity, efficiency, on-time deliveries) and propose improvements based on data.\nMaintain updated records in the ERP and ensure consistency of information for audits and regulated environments.\nSupport process optimization initiatives and improvement in the use of ERP/MRP.\nModality: 100% remote Home Office\nContract: Indefinite\nLocation: Colombia\nSalary: $3,500,000 $4,500,000 COP (benefit base)\nSchedule: Monday to Friday 44 hours a week",
