Technical requirements
Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions.
Mastery of Control-M, including console, automation and BIM management (Batch Impact Manager).
Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
Experience the basics in Mainframe and Cloud environments.
Ability to execute SQL queries, validate connections and analyze logs.
Basic or intermediate knowledge in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell or JCL).
Main functions
Constantly monitor the Control-M console to detect incidents, delays or errors.
Analyze and resolve incidents, identifying the root cause of failed processes.
Perform restarts, restarts or cancellations of processes when required.
Ensure the correct execution of batch processes in day and night cycles.
Document incidents, update bitcodes and maintain operational procedures daily.
