At KaizenRH we are looking for a Platform Configuration Lead to work on Streaming Platform Projects within a Multinational Telecommunications Company.

We are looking for a Senior IT Operations Professional with a focus on backend configuration and management to lead streaming technical operations. Collaborate with development to optimize processes, define and follow OKRs to increase performance and quality.
Management profile with operational expertise, basic backend knowledge (streaming preferred) and alignment to local/international regulations.

Main Responsibilities
Lead the operations teams for the configuration and editorialization of the platform's content.
Define/pursue OKRs and propose improvements in key processes (editorial management, rates/pricing, app configuration) to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
Design workflows with development for seamless integration of operations and tools.
Lead configuration manager evolution, identifying updates/expansions.
Analyze root causes of incidents and direct continuous improvements.
Review IT services to support diagnosis/resolution of TEC equipment.
Automate operational processes in backend configuration/management.
Integrate AI to enhance team performance, quality of execution and minimize errors.

Requirements
Five to seven years' verifiable experience in IT/backend operations
Two or three years in Leadership or Management roles
High volume backend configuration/management (ideal streaming/media/e-commerce) (exclusive)
Experience in CMS platforms (exclusive)
Experience in installation, configuration and resolution of complex systems.
Management of multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects.
University degree in Cs is valued. Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT or similar.

Technical Skills
Backend/Development: basic knowledge of any of these languages PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Go; RESTful APIs, microservices; API consumption; automation apps.
Cloud/Networking: General in AWS/Azure; basic networks/security.
Data/Analysis: XML/JSON; DB (Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Oracle); diagnostic logs.
Others: Regulations: knowledge of internal apps configurations; AI integrated into operations to optimize performance/quality.
