Role Description
We're looking for a PPC/Google Ads Manager with real experience managing complex accounts and significant budgets, not just basic local campaigns.
This is not a passive operational role. We are looking for someone with judgment, analytical capacity and real ownership over performance.
You will work alongside a very hands-on team to plan, launch and optimize campaigns in multiple verticals: national, e-commerce, local services, legal firms and medical/healthcare.
You will participate in the entire flow: from research, account structure and creatives, to performance analysis, reporting and experiment proposals to scale results.
You will work with multiple active accounts, different budget levels and campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, lead quality and profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for different types of clients (national, e-commerce, local services, legal, medical).
Work with Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns, including continuous testing of ads, audiences and structures.
Adjust budgets, bids, keywords, negatives, audiences and locations to improve the volume and quality of conversions.
Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV and other important KPIs, and turn that data into clear actions.
Collaborate with the team on landing pages, messages and offers to improve conversion rate and traffic quality.
Prepare clear and concise reports for the internal team and, when applicable, for clients.
Proactively detect growth opportunities, performance problems and new optimization strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience managing PPC accounts (minimum 2–3 years) in one of these environments: agency, e-commerce, legal, medical or professional services.
Solid command of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing); Experience in Microsoft Ads is a strong plus.
Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns, including lead tracking, calls, forms and online sales.
Ability to work with data in Google Analytics, GTM and other analytics tools, understanding real impact on business and not just platform metrics.
Strong English (written and spoken) required, as daily communication, documentation and many meetings will be in English with a US-based team.
Results-oriented mentality: attention to detail, own judgment, comfort managing multiple accounts simultaneously and ability to take real responsibility for performance.
Conditions
Phoenix-based company; you will work 100% remote.
Schedule aligned with MST (Mountain Standard Time); Availability within that time slot is required for meetings, internal communication and account reviews.
