At Chilesystems we have electronic invoicing solutions (SimpleAPI and SimpleFactura) and we are looking for an intern to support the commercial-operational area.

What will this person do?

Support client certification processes.
Monitor onboarding checklist (access, permissions, configurations).
Review documents in the system (issued, rejected, pending).
Support partner tracking.
Support communication with clients.
Support collection management.

We are looking for someone who:

Are studying Commercial Engineering, Commercial Management, Administration, Management Control or a related field.
Be very organized and structured.
Have good writing and formal communication.
Want to understand how a SaaS company works from the inside.
This internship is paid, has real exposure to business processes, revenue and operation of B2B clients.

Mode: Remote
Payment: $200,000 liquid (fee bill).
Day: 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30

Contract duration: 3 months
