An important consulting company, dedicated to recruitment and selection analysis, is looking for a Human Resources intern to join the team and gain experience in the area of Recruitment and selection.
What functions will you perform?
• Publish job offers in the different available media according to assigned requirements (Low-Medium Profitability).
• Maintain contact with Universities, Institutes for job offers.
• Keep website job portal, or others that are used, updated daily.
• Prepare a position descriptor document when required, for client approval, after reviewing the commercial area.
• Update CV database, and save to Server.
• Perform a curricular filter in the company's database.
• Coordinate and carry out personal and/or group interviews, which allow the selection of possible candidates (Remote)
• Manage the company's social networks for different publications, Linkedin or other portals.
• Coordinate psycho-labor evaluations when required, through Outlook.
What do you need to apply?
-Senior administration technician in Human Resources or Engineering in HR Administration.
