Together with your leader and the trainers/moderators, you define the logistics of events, monitor attendance and satisfaction, and propose improvements to increase the % participation in training and communication events.\n2. You support the creation and improvement of training and communication materials, ensuring coherence in their structure, clarity in the message and visual appeal.\n3. You design and analyze satisfaction surveys, disseminate them and generate reports with recommendations to improve the learning and/or communication experience.\n4. You design and manage messages to communicate Tech strategies, ensuring clarity and coherence with the Siigo culture and the area's objectives.\n5. You manage and optimize the use of learning platforms, advising users and proposing improvements in the digital learning experience.\n6. You prepare monitoring and analysis reports on the impact of assigned strategies and activities, proposing adjustments based on facts and data.\n7.
