At Foundever Colombia we are looking for university interns for the Workforce (WF) area who stand out for their high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and attention to detail.\nThis position offers a training experience with active participation in strategic processes, directly impacting the operational efficiency and comprehensive well-being of our collaborators within a multinational environment.\n\nWhat will you do?\nYou will have an active role in strategic processes such as:\nRegistration, verification and control of developments (absences, leave, disabilities, schedule changes).\nManagement and updating of databases in Excel and OneDrive.\nSupport to the payroll area to guarantee correct and timely payments.\nValidation and sending of payroll files (weekly and monthly).\nReview of attendance and correction of inconsistencies.\nPreparation of monthly reports of connections and provisions.\nAnalysis of information from multiple sources using Excel.\nSupport in reports in Excel and Power BI.\nOrganization of electronic files and administrative support.\nActive participation in training and continuous improvement processes.\nHere you will develop analytical thinking, data management, interarea work and strategic vision.\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS (Read carefully)\n\n Be a university student of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.\n Be in your LAST SEMESTER.\n Have an ACADEMIC VALUE to start professional internships.\n Have IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY.\n NOT having previously signed a learning contract.\n Intermediate use of Excel (formulas, dynamic tables, data analysis).\n Communication skills, organization, detail orientation and dedication to service.\n\n\nWhat do we offer?\n\n 100% SMLV + EPS + ARL + PENSION + LOSS + TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE.\n Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\n Real experience in welfare and social responsibility processes in a multinational.\n Collaborative, dynamic and continuous learning environment.\n Possibility of growth and future connection depending on performance.",
