Schedule: Flexible, 40 hours a week.

Duration: Summer internship, with REAL possibility of a full-time contract

Grooni is an international brand dedicated to wellness, with a significant presence in the United States and Canada. Currently expanding into the UK and Australian markets. We focus on grounding products and PEMF technology, and we are looking for an intern with high potential to integrate into the e-commerce operation from day one.

This role is designed for someone responsible, proactive and eager to learn from within how the global operation of an e-commerce really works.

Role Responsibilities

The intern will have direct participation in day-to-day operational tasks, including:

**Daily operation in e-commerce**

• Monitor inventory and detect critical situations

• Track orders and exceptions

• Support management with suppliers and factories in English

**Basic Customer Support (CX)**

• Reply simple tickets using macros

• Manage follow-up requests, returns and replacements

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team

**Systems, reporting and continuous improvement**

• Learn and support operations reporting

• Participate in identification of inefficiencies

• Propose improvements based on data and processes

This is not an “administrative support” role.

It is a real operational role where you will learn how an international e-commerce really works.

Requirements

- Career: Commercial Engineering or Industrial Civil Engineering

• Advanced English (conversational)

• Organized and detail oriented

• Ability to quickly learn digital systems

• Proactivity and responsibility
