Workers' Medical Center (CMT Salud) is a health center focused on pre-occupational examinations and preventive medicine, with high quality standards and trained professionals to guarantee that workers are in optimal physical condition. We are looking for an Intern for the Product Area who will contribute from day one to the survey, analysis and improvement of processes; participate in the definition of new functionalities and in the development of user stories, use cases and product narrative; and support in the construction of presentations and executive documentation. This role offers exposure to a modern stack and the use of AI to optimize workflows, with tools such as Claude, Figma, Lovable, Notion, Google Workspace and Canva. The project involves collaborating with a Product team to define and prioritize initiatives, design user experiences, and communicate proposals clearly.

Support the survey, analysis and improvement of processes in the Product area. Collaborate in the writing of functional documents, proposals and executive presentations. Participate in the definition and structuring of new functionalities or product improvements. Contribute to the development of user stories, use cases and product narrative. Build clear and visually attractive presentations using digital tools. Investigate and propose solutions that improve the efficiency of the area. Work with a modern stack that integrates AI for analysis, writing, documentation and assistance in product processes, using Claude (Anthropic), Figma + Figma AI, Lovable, Jira and Canva.

Student of Commercial Engineering, Information Engineering or other related careers, in process or available for professional practice. Genuine interest in technology, digital products and continuous improvement. Good level of writing and synthesis ability. Design orientation and aesthetic criteria. Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to incorporate them into real work. Proactivity, autonomy and desire to learn in a dynamic environment. Ability to work as a team, communicate ideas clearly, and adapt to a fast-learning environment. Previous experience in UX/UI, writing requirements, or handling prototyping tools will be an advantage, as well as interest in practices with AI applied to product development.

Basic knowledge of product engineering, agile methodologies, and familiarity with AI tools in workflow. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, development and business). Analytical attitude, technological curiosity and taste for aesthetic design. Availability to integrate a team that balances between learning and real impact on the business.
