Maximum entry date 01/30/26\n Position: Apprentice in Technology, Innovation and Prototyping (Tech-LAB).\nYour main mission will be to contribute to the accelerated exploration and experimentation of technologies, leveraging the business strategy. You will be a pillar in the construction of the technological future of the company.\n YOUR MAIN FOCUS: RESEARCH AND INNOVATIVE PROTOTYPING\nAs a Tech-LAB trainee, you will be responsible for:\n* Investigating new technological trends and solutions that adapt to the company's defined strategy.\n* Studying, conceptualizing and understanding new technological trends in the market for the organization.\n* Prototyping and experimenting with new technologies to achieve greater understanding and resolve organizational challenges.\n* Document, communicate and train the different teams on the solutions and technologies explored.\n STRATEGIC SUPPORT IN THE INNOVATION LABORATORY\nYou will contribute to the speed and scaling of technology through:\n* The application of research, analysis and innovation methodologies.\n* The use of prototyping tools to materialize concepts.\n* The application of programming knowledge to support the experimentation.\n ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:\n* Student of Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, Telematics, Multimedia, Electronics, Interactive Media Design, Industrial Design or similar (Professional or Technological Programs. Technicians or already graduated professionals do not apply).\n* Training or knowledge in: research/analysis methodologies, innovation methodologies, prototyping and programming tools.\n* Current university endorsement to start internships (requirement of degree).\n* University and program endorsed for SENA quota.\n* No prior learning contract with other companies.\n* No prior employment contract with EFICACIA S.A.S.\n* High-speed internet connection (essential for remote modality).\n* Schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\nDesirable (will be a plus):\n* Intermediate level of English.\n OUR OFFER FOR YOU:\n* Special Learning Labor Contract with a salary of 100% of 1 SMMLV: $1,746,882.\n* Memberships to EPS, ARL, CCF, AFP and all social benefits.\n* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\n* Flexible mode: 100% remote for the entire country.
