Patrimore is a fintech that helps people make better financial decisions. We are 50 people distributed in various parts of the world, and we are looking for practitioners who build with real AI — no matter what they use it.
You will work directly with the technology team, with real ownership from day one: connecting models with internal systems, prototyping tools, optimizing data flows and experimenting with what works. Here we value testing, speaking quickly and learning.

Functions
Design, develop and deploy AI agents and integrations for different areas of the business.
Connect language models with internal systems, APIs and existing data streams.
Build and optimize information processing pipelines to feed models.
Prototype internal tools that accelerate the work of other teams.
Experiment with new models, techniques and approaches; We value testing, speaking quickly and learning.

What are we looking for?
What do you need to have
Knowledge of Python. If you can't write a functional script without copying and downloading it from Stack Overflow, it's still not right now.
Practical experience (personal, academic or work) building something with LLMs: agents, chatbots, tools, automations. We want to see what you have done, what courses you have taken.
Real understanding of how language models work: tokens, context, prompting, function calling, structured outputs.
Familiarity with AI code editors (e.g., Cursor or Windsurf) as a natural work environment.
Experience using models such as Claude, GPT or Gemini at API level, on the ground from the web interface.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Git and notions of databases (relational or vectorial).
Ability to learn quickly and independently.
What makes you stand out
You have built an agent that actually does something useful (in essence a model wrapper).
You manage some LLM orchestration framework (LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex or similar) and know when to use it and when not.
Has worked with embeddings and semantic search using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
You have experience in web development (frontend or backend).
A GitHub that demonstrates programming by taste or open-source contributions.
Something has been put into production, but it's small.

Desireables
Experience in web development (frontend or backend) to complement AI solutions.
Contributions to open-source projects or own projects that demonstrate initiative and technical skill.
Knowledge of evaluation tools and AI model tests, as well as ML Ops practices.
