The OS family is looking for students in their final semesters (undergraduate level in Business Administration) who wish to carry out their professional practice through a Learning Contract from the month of May, in the area of Digital Transformation:

Conditions:

- Position: Digital Transformation Area Intern
- Sustainability support: 100% SMMLV + SOCIAL BENEFITS.
- Type of contract: Special employment contract (apprenticeship) for 44 hours per week.
- 100% remote mode: work from anywhere in Colombia
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8-6 pm.

Features:

- Review the calls made by the voicebots, verifying compliance with the objective or identifying improvements.
- Analysis of information such as survey results and the causes of communications.
