Functions of the position
What you will do:
Explore new tools and document findings with simple comparisons (value, feasibility, cost).
Identify business challenges and propose creative solutions with AI and automation.
Build prototypes (POCs) and micro-automations that generate immediate impact.
Prepare short demos and training microcapsules to share learnings.
Map “as-is / to-be” processes and write playbooks (step by step, risks, limits).
Measure impact: time saved, errors reduced, internal satisfaction.

What knowledge do we look for in the practitioner?
Frequent use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) and curiosity to try new ones.
Basic knowledge of prompting and how to improve outputs with iterations.
Comfort with collaborative digital tools (Notion, Miro, Figma, Google Workspace).
A taste for exploring simple automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, Apps Script) or a willingness to learn them quickly.
Clear communication and desire to share what has been learned.
Intermediate English.
Programming bases (Python/JS) or no-code logic.
Basic SQL, APIs/JSON, webhooks.
Simple interface design (Figma, Canva) or UX research notions.
