We are looking for a Technical Presales / Solution Engineer with a consultative approach and a “forward deployed” mentality, capable of deeply understanding client processes, designing high-impact solutions and demonstrating business value in enterprise sales cycles.
This role is key in the commercial process, acting as a link between customers, sales, product and technology from the discovery stage to closure and the transition to implementation.

Functions of the position
Lead the gathering of technical-operational requirements with Operations and IT areas, identifying critical processes, breakpoints, exceptions, business rules and opportunities for improvement.
Translate client challenges into functional and technical requirements, prioritized use cases and solution proposals.
Design end-to-end architectures and integrations with ecosystems such as ERP (ideally SAP), WMS, OMS/TMS, APIs, web services and IoT sources.
Prepare and execute impact-oriented demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoC), with clear hypotheses, success metrics and value narrative.
Support the commercial team in account strategy, handling of technical objections and construction of proposals.
Prepare and respond to RFI/RFP, technical documentation, architecture diagrams, scopes, estimates and risk analysis.
Ensure an orderly transition to the implementation team, defining success criteria, dependencies and integrations.
Participate in workshops and technical presentations with clients and executives.

Position requirements
Professional degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar).
At least 3 years of experience in Technical Presales, Solution Engineer, technological-operational consulting roles or implementation of SaaS/ERP solutions with complex integrations.
Experience in B2B enterprise environments, with multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
Solid knowledge of logistics processes, inventory, orders, workflows and traceability.
Experience in systems integration (REST APIs, web services, authentication, connectivity with ERP and WMS).
Architecture design capacity, analysis of constraints, risks and dependencies.
Excellent communication, presentation and technical documentation skills.
Intermediate/advanced technical English desirable.
Availability for specific trips.

It will be especially valued
Native Portuguese or experience serving clients in Brazil.
Experience in industries with high operational complexity (pharmaceutical, health, manufacturing, retail, distribution).
Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA and complex logistics environments.
Knowledge of data analytics and operational KPIs.
Certifications in cloud, architecture, SAP or technical sales.
