Job Description

We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented Product Designer to join our product team. Your main mission will be to lead the user experience (UX) and visual interface (UI) of our platform, ensuring that complex tools (such as payroll, performance evaluations or recruiting) are intuitive, efficient and attractive for thousands of users.

Main responsibilities:
End-to-end design: Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Research and validation: Conduct user interviews and usability tests to understand pains and needs.
Design System: Maintain, scale, and document our component system to ensure visual consistency.
Technical collaboration: Work hand in hand with the Development teams (Developers) and Product Managers to ensure the technical feasibility and correct implementation of the designs.
Continuous optimization: Analyze platform usage metrics to propose constant improvements in the experience.
Essential Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar roles.

Specialty: Previous experience designing complex web platforms, B2B software tools or SaaS products (highly valued if in the HR or Fintech sector).
Tools: Advanced knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, variants and prototyping).
Essential portfolio: Present case studies that show your thinking process, from problem definition to the final visual solution.
Soft skills: Excellent communication, empathy with the user and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.",
