Remote mode | Sporadic visits to corporate or HEB stores (Monterrey)

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong focus on UI, highly execution-oriented and technologically minded, who integrates AI tools as an active part of their design process.

You will be a key player in the creation of user-centered digital experiences, designing functional, consistent interfaces aligned with business objectives, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams.

Essential requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in digital product design.

Completed and verifiable degree.

Live in Monterrey.

Solid, visually consistent and well executed portfolio.

Advanced Figma proficiency.

Experience working with Design Systems.

Ability to transform functional requirements into clear, usable and aesthetic interfaces.

Practical and intelligent use of AI tools (ideation, UI/copy generation, prototypes or synthesis), maintaining design criteria.

Responsibilities:

Design flows, wireframes, prototypes and screens in high fidelity.

Apply and evolve the existing Design System, ensuring visual and interaction consistency.

Collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers and developers to iterate solutions based on data and feedback.

Prepare deliverables ready for development (handoff), considering accessibility and good practices.

Participate in ideation sessions, hypothesis validation and design reviews.

Document design decisions and keep files and components up to date in Figma.
