EVEN is building the infrastructure that lets artists earn real money from their most dedicated fans. Since launching in April 2024, EVEN has onboarded 500,000+ artists across 3,000+ labels in 110+ countries, with fans paying an average of $20+ per release. The platform supports 30+ global payment methods across 140 currencies and is the only superfan platform certified to report sales to Luminate for Billboard chart eligibility. The Product Lead will partner with the CEO to translate ambitious goals into scalable product roadmaps, driving growth for artists, fans, and partners, while preserving the artist-first ethos and high-velocity delivery cadence.

Role Overview
Lead Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve EVEN's product roadmap to scale the platform for millions of artists while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes. Translate company goals into clear product strategies and maintain alignment across teams.
Build for Artists, Fans, and Partners: Deeply understand artist workflows from creation to release to fan engagement. Develop tools that simplify and reward those moments; collaborate with Artist Relations, Marketing, and Partnerships to address real-world use cases.
Execution & Team Leadership: Lead and inspire Product Designers, collaborating with engineering, data, and operations across a globally distributed team. Establish a cadence that drives creativity, accountability, and momentum. Hands-on when needed, including writing specs, QA, and shipping features.
Data-Informed, Intuition-Led: Use analytics to measure engagement and identify growth opportunities, balancing data with cultural intuition and artist needs.
Scale with Intention: Build scalable systems and frameworks to sustain growth without compromising agility or artist-first principles. Explore integrations, partnerships, and new product extensions.

What you will bring
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead with 6+ years in product management and a track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of product strategy, user empathy for artists, and the ability to balance high-level vision with hands-on delivery. You should be comfortable with data-driven decision making while valuing intuition gathered from understanding music culture and creator economics. Proficiency in Figma and Linear, plus experience guiding user research and collaborating with designers, is required. You should be a collaborative, culturally fluent leader who can align diverse teams toward a shared vision. Bonus: familiarity with APIs, payment systems, and platform architecture.

Desirable but not required
Experience in music, creator economy, gaming, streaming, or marketplace platforms; startup experience; strong analytical skills and comfort navigating technical discussions; ability to operate with initiative and integrity in a fast-paced environment. Passion for empowering artists and expanding access to music commerce.
