Product Manager (AI-Powered Platform) Part-Time, Remote.\n \nWe are building an AI-powered project management platform focused on automating coordination, communication, and workflow execution for retail construction projects. The platform operates at the intersection of email automation, document processing, workflow orchestration, and system integrations (including Odoo, Wrike, and custom APIs).\n \nThis is not a typical Product Manager role. We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Product Manager who will work closely with the founder and lead developer to drive delivery, maintain momentum, and ensure the product is built correctly, efficiently, and with real-world usage in mind.\n \n Key Responsibilities.\nTranslate discovery outputs and high-level concepts into clear product requirements and actionable build plans.\nBreak down features into detailed user stories, tickets, user flows, and acceptance criteria\nOwn, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog and sprint plans.\nWork closely with the developer to clarify requirements, unblock progress, and ensure alignment.\nDocument user journeys, edge cases, and system behaviors.\nSupport QA planning and validation, including test cases, expected outcomes, and issue tracking.\nEnsure strong alignment across email workflows, document handling, project state logic, and system integrations (Odoo, APIs, etc.)\nProactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and resolve them early.\nKeep execution moving this is a delivery-focused role rather than a purely strategic or advisory one.\n \n Required Skills & Experience\n3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.\nExperience working on custom platforms or internal tools, not only standard SaaS products.\nStrong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.\nProven experience working closely with developers in fast-paced build environments.\nSolid understanding of API-based systems and system integrations.\nExperience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar.\n \n \n Work Conditions.\nRemote\nPart-time, Monday to Friday.\nAdvanced English required. ( C1 or B2+)\nHigh autonomy, strong ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity.",
