Job Description

Centro Médico del Trabajo (CMT) is a health organization specialized in preoccupational examinations and preventive medicine. The Expansion Project seeks to scale the HIS (SAGE) system to different countries in the region, aligning local requirements with a global product architecture.
The Expansion PM will be key to translating business needs into clear technical requirements, managing the backlog and ensuring timely deliveries, meeting quality, scalability and regulatory standards, in coordination with executive and regional teams in Chile and Peru.

Roles and responsibilities
Define objectives, deliverables and work plans for each expansion project, managing schedules, milestones and the roadmap by country.
Conduct technical and business survey (Discovery) oriented to systems (SAGE, flows, business rules, permissions and reports); avoid purely operational or clinical lifts.
Act as a governance filter to decide between global, configurable or not applicable scope, documenting business and technical criteria and foundations.
Coordinate Medical Directors, Operations, Finance and Country Managers, consolidating requirements together with the Product area and prioritizing regional needs.
Work together with the Head of Product to translate local requirements into functional specifications (User Stories) and prepare the entry to the development backlog.
Ensure local regulatory compliance, collaborating with Legal and Medical Management to incorporate regulatory requirements and system evidence into specifications.
Design and execute adoption plans by country, including communications, training for power users and monitoring the use of the post-implementation system.
Maintain progress traceability in Trello, Jira and Slack, and report the status of milestones to the CTO and Head of Product.

Requirements and profile sought
We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in digital product management, SaaS or B2B platforms, with a proven track record leading solution deployments in multiple locations or complex organizational contexts (regional expansion is a plus).
Solid knowledge of the life cycle of a digital product: discovery, functional specification and global standardization vision. Management ability to handle complex schedules, dependencies and milestone deliveries in technology projects. Negotiation skills to manage high-level stakeholders, strategically prioritize and base decisions with data. Experience working with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira. Complement with experience in designing training plans and support materials to ensure technological adoption.

Desirable requirements
Experience in international or multicultural environments, management of regulatory and operational differences in transnational contexts, and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools such as Jira will be an advantage. Additional experience in change management and technology adoption in healthcare organizations and/or software for the medical sector will be considered a differentiator.
