Our objective is to design customized solutions and form agile teams for Infrastructure, Software Development and Business Units in financial services, insurance, retail and government clients. We are looking for a Semi Senior Product Manager to strategically lead a portfolio of digital products and align user needs with regional business objectives, within a digital transformation ecosystem.

Main functions
Define and lead the strategy and evolution of the digital product portfolio, with a focus on impact on business indicators.
Transform insights and data into product decisions and prioritization of initiatives based on value and clear metrics.
Align developments with core capabilities and the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
Manage the product life cycle from idea to launch, including definition of requirements, OKRs and performance metrics.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders at the regional level, communicating results and progress to executives.
Promote user-centered product practices, with a focus on experience and measurable results.
Requirements and desired profile
2 to 3 years experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with history in digital products and measurable results.
Systemic thinking and results orientation, with the ability to manage in regional and multicultural environments.
Data-driven approach to lead decisions and prioritization based on value hypotheses and business metrics.
Executive communication and storytelling skills to present performance and plans at the management level.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to work with development, UX, data and business teams.
Ability to develop and communicate product strategies, and manage key stakeholders at a regional level.
Desirable competencies
Experience in digital portfolios in financial, insurance or retail sectors.
Knowledge of digital transformation, UI/UX, analytics and product management on a regional scale.
Ability to tell stories with data and present executive results clearly.
Initiative, autonomy and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
