At I2B Technologies we are promoting high-impact digital transformation projects for clients in North America, operating 100% remote for professionals in Latin America. As a Product Owner you will assume dual responsibility: product vision and prioritization, along with project management and coordination with stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between business, product and technology, ensuring that the backlog, roadmap and deliverables align with the client's objectives and provide measurable value. You will work in an international environment, with a distributed team and agile practices, seeking to reduce rework and ensure predictable, quality delivery. The role is integrated into an international project with a North American company, under a Pacific (USA) work calendar.

Your functions will be:
Be the functional owner of the product: vision, prioritization and definition of functional requirements of the backlog.
Manage the roadmap and priorities to maximize business value and minimize rework.
Work closely with Business, Product and Tech Lead to ensure clarity, quality and alignment with client strategy.
Facilitate executive communication with stakeholders and represent the voice of the business before the technical team.
Control delivery, scope, times and risks, ensuring predictable delivery and customer satisfaction.
Guide other team members in agile practices and contribute to capacity development within the organization.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives and enhance I2B's agile and learning culture.

Required skills:
We are looking for a Product Owner or Product Manager with experience in end-to-end digital projects, capable of managing complex products or platforms and leading initiatives from conceptualization to delivery. Experience working with business areas and senior stakeholders will be valued, as well as experience in consulting or digital transformation environments.
Language: Advanced English (C1-C2) written and spoken, with experience working in international environments.
Training: professional in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related careers; postgraduate degree desirable. Complementary training in Product Management, Agile or Project Management will be valued.
Key skills: results-oriented decision making, business vision, value-based prioritization ability, customer orientation, executive communication and collaborative work in multifunctional teams. Commitment to the agile I2B culture and development of other professionals is expected.

Desirable:
Previous experience as a PO/PM in digital transformation and/or consulting environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), senior stakeholder management and use of product management tools. Availability to collaborate on an international project with transcontinental coordination needs and cultural sensitivity.
