We are looking for a
Product Owner
to join the
Digital Channels Tribe
. At the tribe we work with multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies, designing and evolving digital products that generate
real value for customers and business
.
The role is designed for people with experience in the design and development of digital products or services, capable of building product vision at the team level, leading execution and making decisions.

The Product Owner will work closely with commercial, operational and technological teams
, leading a digital cell
and ensuring alignment between business strategy and team execution.
Being a Product Owner you must
:
Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
Lead agile team ceremonies (daily, refinement, planning, review and retrospective).
Manage dependencies and risks that may impact the delivery of value.
Actively interact with stakeholders to identify opportunities and transform insights into concrete initiatives.
Ensure prioritization and decision making based on data and impact.
Define and track product KPIs and OKRs.
Ensure product quality through continuous functional validation.
Align the team and stakeholders around the vision and objectives of the product.

🧠 What do we need?
Training in Industrial Engineering, IT or related career.
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles.
Solid knowledge of digital products and industry (banking, insurance or digital).
Experience in website and mobile application development.
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
High-level technological understanding (APIs, integrations, basic architecture, cybersecurity).
Management of business and digital product metrics (KPIs, OKRs).
Ability to develop complex analyzes relying on tools such as Tableau, Power BI or others.
Collaborative work with technical teams (developers, QA) and UX.
Use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural or other similar tools.
Key competencies of the role
Solid critical and analytical thinking, capable of building product vision at the team level.
High ability to prioritize and make informed decisions based on value.
Active management of dependencies and risks.
Persuasive communication and storytelling to influence and align stakeholders.
Ability to negotiate and generate agreements between different areas.
