Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner with experience in factoring and financial services, oriented to decision-making based on data and KPI analysis, who leads the evolution of digital products in an agile and collaborative environment.
Main responsibilities
•\ Define and prioritize the product backlog, aligned with business objectives.
•\ Raise, analyze and translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
•\ Analyze and track KPIs, product and performance metrics, proposing continuous improvements.
•\ Work closely with development teams, data and business stakeholders.
•\ Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban).
•\ Ensure the delivery of continuous value and the correct evolution of the product.
Requirements
•\ Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
•\ Knowledge and experience in factoring and/or financial products.
•\ Strong data analysis and KPI capabilities for decision making.
•\ Experience working with agile methodologies.
•\ Communication, leadership and results-oriented skills.
