What You’ll Own
You will translate strategy into executable work and ensure every sprint delivers measurable business impact. You’ll own the Jira backlog end-to-end, refine user stories and technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria, and drive Scrum ceremonies. You’ll produce high-quality Confluence documentation, release notes, and internal guides. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, and Operations to remove bottlenecks and manage dependencies. You’ll explore AI and automation opportunities to enhance workflows and product requirements, and monitor delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) to improve team predictability and performance.

What We Look For
We expect a proactive, accountable Product Owner with 5+ years in Fintech, SaaS, or Digital Banking. You should have strong Agile experience, a track record of managing full product lifecycles, and technical fluency with REST APIs and SQL. Expertise in Jira and Confluence is essential, and experience with Amplitude, Segment, Snowflake, or Datadog is highly desirable. English at an advanced level (C1) for international collaboration is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus. You should be a clear communicator, comfortable guiding diverse teams, and data-driven in decision making. A penchant for AI and API-enabled automation in financial processes will distinguish you from the rest.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience shaping AI-first products, strong storytelling for stakeholders, familiarity with fintech regulatory considerations, and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Prior success aligning product strategy with engineering constraints and customer needs is highly valued.
