Job Description

At Grupo Formula we are looking for a person with direct experience in the production of newscasts or informative radio programs. You will be responsible for preparing the content, coordinating the transmission and operating the audio to ensure the continuity of the live program.

Main responsibilities:

- Plan, produce newscasts and informative radio programs.
- Prepare schedules, scripts, informative sections and dynamics for drivers.
- Coordinate content with News, reporters, drivers and Engineering.
- Operate live broadcasts and provide continuity to the program.
- Manage consoles, microphones and recording equipment.
- Record, edit and prepare interviews, notes and other materials for broadcast.
- Monitor audio quality and levels.
- Resolve adjustments and technical incidents during transmission.
- Verify that the contents comply with the editorial line and the established times.
- Propose improvements and new sections for the programs.

Essential requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Journalism or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in radio production.
- Proven experience in newscasts, information programs or live news broadcasts.
- Management of rundowns, informative scripts and audio equipment.
- Ability to react to changes in information and resolve adjustments during a transmission.
Important: This position requires direct experience in the production or operation of live news or information programs.
