We are looking for a BPO Professional for Par Servicios Integrales, with experience in the Oil & Gas sector in Colombia.\nThis vacancy is focused exclusively on purchasing management for technical subsoil and surface materials. Please refrain from applying if your experience focuses solely on the supply of administrative purchasing, technology (IT), consulting services or civil works.\nTRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:\nProfessional in engineering, business administration or related careers; with specialization or Master's degree in Supply, project management or related areas.\nWith general experience, minimum of five (5) years in management and attention to Supply processes or purchases of materials and tangible inventory goods within the Oil & Gas sector in Colombia.- Not accepted from other sectors.\nSpecific experience, minimum of four (4) years in operational attention for fields in the Llanos Orientales basin, ideally in the Rubiales and/or Castilla fields; or demonstrable experience in direct negotiation with original equipment manufacturers, international distributors and major allies in the Oil & gas sector.\nPOSITION OBJECTIVE: Ensure the supply of goods required for the operation of heavy crude oil, guaranteeing cost optimization, compliance with regulations and operational continuity in our client's fields.\nFUNCTIONS:\n·Support in the development and execution of purchases\n· Support in RFI, RFQ, RFP\n· Negotiation with suppliers for resource optimization\n·Make a weekly report to monitor the execution of the processes\n·Document the activities carried out in the database\n·Manage the purchasing process in accordance with the defined procedures\n·Process management through the client's ERP platform\nKNOWLEDGE IN:\n·Supply processes or SCM - RFI, RFP, Purchase Orders, Others, Contracts\n·Tool management office automation and advanced Excel\n·Mastery and management of ERP: SAP and Ariba for Supply processes\n·Purchase of artificial lift systems (BES and BCP Pumps), Pipes under API standard (OCTG/Line Pipe), High Specification Valves, Instrumentation and Control.\nMAIN SKILLS:\n·Assertive communication\n·Excellent spelling and writing\n·Attention to detail\n·Understanding and execution of the procedures defined for each type of negotiation\n·Internal and external customer service\n·Ability to manage and relate to suppliers\n·Adaptation to rapid changes and highly complex situations.\nTYPE AND DURATION OF CONTRACT: Fixed for 6 months (with option to extend)\nWORK MODALITY: Autonomous Teleworking",
