At Eurofirms Group, we believe in leadership by values and continuous growth, putting people and their professional development at the center of everything we do, fostering a safe, collaborative and excellence-oriented work environment.\nWe are currently looking for an SSO Accreditation Professional, to join one of our important clients, providing their experience in document control, regulatory compliance and management of contractor and subcontractor accreditations.\nMain responsibilities:\nReview, validate and control the documentation of contractor companies, subcontractors and workers.\nVerify compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate requirements regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).\nEvaluate personnel background, Personal Protective Elements (PPE), equipment, vehicles, procedures, IPERO matrices, AST and required certifications.\nManage documentary observations and coordinate new reviews until obtaining the corresponding approval.\nControl validity and expiration of documentation, certifications and accreditations.\nMaintain the traceability, organization and availability of the information required for audits and controls.\nSupport the general accreditation processes by company and according to the type of critical work to be executed.\nEnsure the permanent updating of the documentation during the development of the services.\nEnsure compliance with the security standards established by the company and the client.\nRequirements:\nTechnician or Engineer in Risk Prevention Risks.\nCurrent SNS accreditation.\nAt least 5 years of experience in review, validation and documentary control of contractors and subcontractors.\nSolid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations, applicable labor legislation and corporate requirements.\nExperience in accreditation management and control of documentary validity.\nManagement of documentation associated with critical works, IPERO, AST, EPP, certifications, equipment and vehicles.\nAbility to analyze, organize and monitoring of documentary processes.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills with clients and contractors.\nWe are looking for committed, detail-oriented people with a strong preventive culture, capable of ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards at each stage of the process.\nIf you meet the requirements, are interested and believe you are the perfect match, we invite you to apply.
