In this role you will contribute to measuring the impact of the RLT program, strengthening institutional learning processes and promoting the continuous improvement of educational leadership training.\n\nWhat we need from you\nBe a professional in Statistics, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related areas.\nHave a minimum of 3 years of experience in evaluation processes, monitoring or analysis of social or educational programs.\nHave knowledge in processing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.\nHave experience in database management of data and information visualization tools, preferably Power BI.\nHave experience in the design and implementation of evaluation instruments.\n\nWhat you will do on a daily basis\nImplement and monitor the evaluation mechanisms of the RLT program.\nGuarantee the rigorous collection of information during the execution of the program.\nAnalyze and interpret data to generate relevant information for decision-making.\nMeasure the impact of the program in strengthening educational leadership.\nGenerate institutional learning to based on the evidence collected.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of training processes through findings and recommendations based on data.\n\nWhat we offer you\nRemote work modality.\nContract for the provision of services.\nPart-time connection.\nSalary of $3,750,000 per month.\n\nIf you want to put your analytical skills at the service of educational transformation, we want to meet you!",
