About Allient
We are an Ecuadorian company specialized in custom software development and hosting solutions for companies. After years working on custom B2B projects. We are currently expanding our offer with a new growth project based on managed hosting of open source software such as (Chatwoot) with the aim of generating demand and capturing corporate leads.
The challenge
You will be the first person on the marketing team, with full autonomy to create and execute our B2B lead generation strategy.
Purpose of the position
Create demand, capture leads and position our brand for the hosting service, connecting with decision makers in companies that may also require custom developments.
What you will do:
Design and manage content for social networks aimed at B2B decision makers
Create and manage visual content for social networks (branding and performance).
Plan, automate and publish content on networks.
Create and automate email marketing campaigns.
Design pieces for lead generation campaigns.
Create commercial material (presentations, landing visuals, etc.).
Manage paid campaigns on social networks and Google Ads.
Occasionally participate in initial meetings with leads to explain the service (Virtual with camera on).
Manage professional B2B communication and excellent writing with corporate clients (email, presentations, business follow-up)
Adapt tone and style depending on the channel: formal for email/meetings, more casual for social networks
Propose ideas, experiment and optimize results.
Measure results and optimize strategies based on data
What profile are we looking for:
Proactive and self-managed person (will be the only one in your area).
Ability to organize your time and work towards objectives.
Continuous learning mentality.
Have the ability to propose and execute without constant supervision
Master design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, ..)
Have experience in digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Use or be willing to use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize processes (ChatGPT, Google AI studio, DeepSeek, xAI, MidJourney, etc.).
Constantly learn and adapt quickly to new tools
Manage your time and measure your own results
Understand or want to learn about B2B marketing and lead generation
Know how to receive constant feedback and use it to improve: As the only person in the area, you will receive direct feedback from the team and leads. We are looking for someone who sees feedback as an opportunity for growth, not as personal criticism.
