We are looking for a Senior Physical Security Professional!\nDo you have experience leading physical security strategies, risk management and relationships with Public Forces? This opportunity could be for you.\nWe are looking for a professional with strategic vision, negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts, agreements and suppliers, who contributes to strengthening security strategies and protection of people, assets and infrastructure.\nWhat are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a professional who leads the articulation of the Physical Security strategy, strengthening alliances with the Public Force, managing strategic services and contracts and promoting preventive actions and security solutions that contribute to protecting people, assets and infrastructure of the client. \nProfessional in areas of Administration, Engineering, Security, Military or Police Sciences and/or related careers.\nSpecialist in areas related to security, business and risk management, projects or similar.\nMinimum nine (9) years of general professional experience\nMinimum six (6) years of specific experience in positions related to the coordination of areas of corporate physical security, designing strategies and guidelines, implementing the strategy, risk management, relationship with public forces and contractors, continuity of the business, contractual and agreement management.\nWhat will be your purpose?\nParticipate in the monitoring of the strategies of the Physical Security area, ensuring compliance with the established contractual agreements; also provide support, control, follow-up and carry out evaluations of the processes, strengthen the relationship to maintain strategic alliances.\nYour functions:\nRelationship with the Public Force to maintain strategic alliances aimed at the protection of the client's people and assets.\nStructure in the phase of negotiation, subscription and administration of agreements with the Ministry of National Defense and the Public Force and implement strategies with a preventive focus to minimize the risk to people, and the client's infrastructure.\nManage and strengthen the implementation of the electronic security model.\nProvide a reliable and stable security environment.\nAssurance of air, land transportation, surveillance and security contracts.\nIndispensable knowledge:\nPhysical security and comprehensive risk management\nManagement and administration of contracts \nKnowledge of the Public Force and the defense sector in Colombia\nStructuring and administration of agreements\nElectronic security\nManagement of surveillance, land transportation and suppliers air\nColombian regulations related to private security, surveillance and security.\nCompetences and skills that we value:\nPerson with strategic vision, negotiation capacity and excellent relationship skills, who knows how to anticipate risks, manage agreements and contracts, articulate different actors and convert security needs into concrete actions that generate value for the business.\nSalary: $12,096,001 Base\n Aux Connectivity: $164,014 \nType of contract: Work or work\nWork modality: Self-employed teleworking.\nWork base: Bogotá D.C. and surrounding municipalities or Medellín and surrounding municipalities (La Estrella, Sabaneta, Itagüí, Envigado, Bello, Copacabana, Girardota).",
