We are looking for an expert Human Resources professional to teach online classes on recruiting and salaries on a timely basis.
If you have solid experience in human resources analysis and consulting, this position is for you.

Your responsibilities will include explaining in a consultative manner to engineering and technical professionals the professional way to apply for positions, advising on issues related to remuneration, giving them tips to improve their professional positioning and explaining the important points to negotiate salaries or salary increases according to the standard of living in Panama.

You will need to be able to adapt your teaching to specific needs, ensuring that students acquire advanced practical and theoretical skills in recruitment and salary management.

A minimum of five years' experience in the Human Resources field is required, with a focus on recruiting and salary management.
You must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and speak to a diverse audience.
Your ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications will be critical to success in this role.

The work is completely remote, which will allow you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
