Job Description:
Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager III for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA/ Austin, TX(Hybrid). Candidate must have strong materials program management capability with expertise in NPI supply chain planning to qualify for this position.
Rate Range: $80/hour to $82/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager III job responsibilities include:
Lead material planning, forecasting, and readiness activities to support new product introduction and early‑stage development builds.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and manufacturing partners to ensure material availability for all pre‑production phases.
Drive clear‑to‑build (CTB) processes and resolve supply‑related issues to maintain on‑time build execution.
Propose optimized supply plans and manage multiple or alternate source qualifications throughout build cycles.
Oversee process improvements for NPI material workflows to enhance efficiency and operational readiness.
Facilitate daily or weekly supply planning meetings with partners to track material status and address risks proactively.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field or comparable professional experience.
3-5 years of experience in NPI materials planning, supply chain management, or related program management functions.
Candidate must have strong NPI supply chain management capability with proven experience coordinating material readiness for build phases.
Candidate must have proficient skills in project/program management with the ability to operate effectively in fast‑changing environments.
Pay Details: $80.00 to $82.00 per hour
