Job Description

Role Purpose: Lead and coordinate
Technology Integration across Infra, Security, SIAM, Applications and Collaboration. Responsible for governance, planning and delivery.

Scope of Work / Key Deliverables:

•\ Develop and maintain the Integration Master Plan (milestones, dependencies, critical path).
•\ Operate governance: RAID log, decision log, change log, weekly status reports, KPIs.
•\ Coordinate workstreams and ensure alignment across technical domains.
•\ Lead Steering Committees and provide senior stakeholder reporting.
•\ Ensure readiness and execution of Day-1, Day-100, 6 Months, 1 Year Technology deliverables.
•\ Manage risks, issues, budget visibility and cross-team dependencies.
•\ Coordinate with Global D&T, Regional TS&O, New Company teams and all external vendors.

Required Skills / Experience:
•\ 8–12 years in Program/Project Management for large-scale technology programs.
•\ Proven experience in M&A integrations or multi-country transformations.
•\ Strong knowledge of Infra, Security or Service Management.
•\ Experience running governance frameworks and RAID processes.
•\ English: Advanced.
