Job Description

NeuroGestión SpA Consultant - Innovation, Technology and Neuro-inclusion

Our Essence and Purpose:

Facilitate real opportunities by humanizing the world of work. At NeuroGestión we apply Universal Design: the operating environment adapts to your capabilities and not the other way around. We work internally and externally towards real Workplace Inclusion, eliminating environmental barriers to transform diversity into a competitive advantage, an engine of innovation and a standard of regulatory compliance.

This advertisement corresponds exclusively to a professional training internship program (it is not a job offer). We are looking for students who need to validate their practice and want to develop a verifiable portfolio, working on real projects under a direct mentoring model, 100% remote and structured in agile methodologies.

REQUIRED PROFILES (Open Vacancies by Division)

Your role will be focused clearly on the technical execution of your career. We are looking for final year students or recent graduates for the following divisions.

A. Technology Division (IT Engineering)
Roles: Developers (Frontend, Backend, Mobile), UX/UI Designer, Technical QA, Database Specialist, Cybersecurity, DevOps and Technical Writer (Documentation).
Your objective: Develop, audit or document our digital products and platforms, guaranteeing compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).

B. Commercial & Growth Division
Roles: B2B/B2C Sales Consultants, Growth Marketing, Digital Design/Branding, Journalism (Communications) and Social Media Management.
Your objective: Structure customer prospecting processes, optimize conversion funnels and execute brand positioning strategies aimed at measurable results.

C. Services Division (B2B Headhunting & B2C Wellbeing)
Roles: Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy (Reasonable Adjustments) and Anthropology/Sociology (Culture).
Your objective: Execute recruitment processes without bias, develop inclusive position profiles and design organizational culture manuals based on current regulations (Law 21,015 and Karin Law).

D. People Division (Internal HR) and Administration/Finance
Roles: Internal Recruitment, Payroll and Compensation, Executive Assistant, Accounting, Management Control (Data) and Legal Assistance.
Your objective: Organize internal administrative processes, manage the life cycle of the seedbed's collaborators and structure the legal/financial documentation of the consulting firm.

OPERATIONAL AND TRAINING CONDITIONS

Modality: 100% Remote (asynchronous and synchronous teleworking).
Day: Flexible. Distributed from Monday to Friday in two operating windows (09:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 hrs).
Program Condition: Ad Honorem Internship (unpaid). Our investment is in time and transfer of technical knowledge (mentoring).
Methodology: Work for weekly objectives (Sprints). We evaluate the results delivered, not the time you spend in front of the screen.

INCLUSION AND ACCESSIBILITY FILTER (APT)

We analyze these positions to ensure that there are no artificial barriers from the start:

Zero Physical Demand: Digital office work. It can be done in a sitting or standing position, depending on your comfort. Zero load handling.
Sensory/Cognitive Processing: Requires the ability to interact with visual/auditory information in digital media and maintain concentration to solve specific tasks.
Reasonable Adjustments Available: If you have any neurodivergence, disability or medical condition, you can request split hours to manage fatigue or therapies, and full compatibility with assistance software.

SCHEDULE AND HOW TO APPLY

To participate in the selection, you must complete our official functional evaluation form. We will not receive applications by direct mail to ensure that your profile is evaluated in a standardized way and without bias. So once we receive your application we will send you the form to continue with the process.

Key Dates of the Process (March - August 2026 Cohort):
