This trainee program is designed for people with genuine curiosity and an analytical mindset, who want to immerse themselves in the product, sort out the complexity, transform data into decisions and provide real impact at the company level.
The work you do will be key to improving internal autonomy, the quality of the information we deliver to clients and the scalability of our teams.

🎯 What will be your challenge?
Raise, organize, standardize and publish product knowledge, transforming dispersed information into a reliable base that allows us to understand how IC works and that serves as input to generate insights and opportunities for product improvement.
🛠️ What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
Research and collect product information from multiple sources (Slack, documents, tickets, interviews).
Analyze information to identify key patterns, rules, and definitions.
Organize and structure knowledge in a clear and standardized way.
Write simple, precise and easy-to-understand documentation.
Coordinate with Product, Support, Customer Success, Commercial and Technology.
Lay the foundation to improve help articles, train ClaudIA and strengthen self-care.
Understand the product, gather insights and propose improvements.

🧠 We are looking for someone who has
Students in their final year and/or about to graduate in careers such as Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering or similar.
