Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Coordinate project activities and resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Support process improvements and documentation to optimize client operations.
Maintain a high level of collaboration, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions.
Required Skills and Experience
We are seeking professionals with a minimum of
2 years of recent project management experience
and strong administrative capabilities. Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English (advanced proficiency) and comfortable working from home in a fully remote setup. Experience with common PM tools (as trello, monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.) and CRM/PM software is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong written and spoken English, excellent grammar, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Key technical and professional requirements include:
At least 2 years of project management and administrative experience.
Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.) and CRM systems.
Strong MS Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail).
Advanced English communication skills (C1/C2 level preferred).
Ability to work 40 hours per week with FT availability and a home-office setup conducive to focus and productivity.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Professional demeanor, strong relationship-building skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Desirable Qualifications
While not required, the following are advantageous:
Experience with CRM systems, bookkeeping basics, and any formal Project Management education.
Social media experience and familiarity with US business hours coordination.
Technical literacy and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.

0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
After 3 months: $1,250 USD/month (with Wellness Bonus)
After 1 year: $1,340 USD/month
After 2 years: $1,480 USD/month
