Job Description

We are looking for a semi-senior Project Manager with experience in managing technological or analytical projects, who enjoys working with multiple projects at any time, has a strong focus on organization, follow-up and communication, and wants to grow within a
expansion consultancy.

Manage multiple analytical projects in parallel, ensuring compliance with
time, deliverables and quality.
Plan, follow up and coordinate projects using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Work closely with teams of Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Data
Engineers.
Coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives).
Maintain direct communication with customers in LATAM.
Prepare progress and status reports for clients and management team.
Document processes, decisions and deliverables in Notion.
Identify risks, dependencies and priorities of projects.
Propose and implement improvements in project management processes.
Collaborate closely with consultancy directors.

Experience in technological, analytical or data projects.
Practical experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Notion and Slack (or similar tools).
Desirable experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana,
etc.).

Organization and management of priorities.
Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Clear communication with technical teams and customers.
Proactivity and autonomy.
Focus on follow-up and documentation.",
