Job Description
The TEM Onboarding Project Manager II is responsible for managing multiple Telecom Expense Management (TEM) onboarding projects, including wireline and wireless implementations. This role owns project execution, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful, on-time delivery, including global deployments.
Responsibilities:
Manage 4–6 concurrent TEM onboarding projects of varying complexity.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones using Smartsheet.
Coordinate efforts across internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Lead client and internal status meetings and drive action items to closure.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proposing mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear project status reporting.
Support onboarding process improvements and best practices.
Manage medium to large projects, including global implementations.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM).
Proven experience in TEM onboarding and implementations.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint and Smartsheet experience preferred.
Knowledge of TEM platforms is a plus.
